I highly recommend Ms. Robertson. She is a very knowledgeable and experienced attorney. She is honest and will tell you like it is. Cheaper is not always better - ESPECIALLY when it comes to Immigration! Thanks to God and Ms. Robertson, my loved one is now a U.S. citizen! I would have given her 10 stars if it was an option.

Absolutely horrible, unprofessional service. Their paralegals are often changing and I never receive an update on who the new assigned paralegal even is on my case, they barely answer my emails and the front desk lady is extremely rude when I call. Their previous paralegal literally told me she put our case on the back burner to help people with “emergency” cases which was not discussed with me or I would’ve went to another attorney. It delayed my process by several months because she gave priority to other people. They don’t respect their clients, or at least not my husband and I. Immigration is a sensitive matter so choose a practice who actually cares about your case, I wish I had.

I have been with Ann since 1998 - throughout all the immigration process. She is the encyclopedia of immigration law in NC. I could not imagine anybody giving her 1 star!!! She is the definition of excellency! I do recommend her services to anybody who has money. Great lawyers require good money! That is only the truth and you get what you paid for.

It's been the most displeasing experience I've ever had ever from a, supposed to be, highly experienced immigration law firm. I had my interview with the lawyer in charge 5 months ago, 2 weeks after I gave her paralegal all the paperwork that she requested. Along with the payment that they asked me for fees and document translation. I have not hear back from them ever since. When I called the oficce to get updates about my case, they told me that the paralegal that had my files did not work there anymore. I have called and emailed to get a hold of the head lawyer but she has never taken my phone calls or replied to my emails, literally ignoring me. I am so disappointed.

Ann is best ever I have seen in USA. She is super nice and experience. 45 years in law farm. Helped my family several times. Her office staffs are hardworking too. You will not regretted if you work with her. Oh payment also cheap depends on work. She also have payment plan.
