Rodgers Law Firm did a fantastic job handling my case. Colette is amazing! Her office made this difficult time manageable. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to her and her staff.
Someone recommended Colette to me while I was going through a painful divorce and I am so grateful that they did. She was professional, understanding, and helped me through that difficult time. While I don't wish divorce on anyone, Colette can help make the process easier for you.
The best Divorce Attorney you could ask for! Colette and Kristen are an amazing team to work with. I was so upset and frustrated with the first attorney I hired.I quickly fired him and went to Colette. She hit it out of the ball park, hands down! Fighting tooth and nail for me, she legit destroyed opposing counsel when it came to court. IF you need a "bulldog" attorney in the court, Colette is the one for you! She gets the job done right, the first time. I can't thank Colette and Kristen enough for every little thing they did. The countless hours they put in, all the phone calls, and emails they answered for me. Thanks to Colette, the divorce headache is over, and couldn't be happier!
Please don’t waste your money. This attorney said all the right things to get me to sign the contract. After that I asked to realize those promises and she delivered on zero. She said “You need some support while your waiting for the divorce to be final”. The reality “It will take too much time to get your case before the judge. What you see as an emergency is not an emergency to the judge.” Another one, “We will ask for attorneys fees to be paid by him.” Reality, “Typically people pay their own lawyers. Florida is a no fault state.” Sad but true. When I was in most need of help and good guidance, Rogers swooped in for the kill. She was no help at all. All she and her assistant did was to generate billing for themselves. Period. Keep looking. Seriously, nothing would have been better advice.
Colette was opposing counsel in my divorce. While I completely understand that it is her job to represent her client, she had astonishingly zero regard for the best interest of our special needs minor child. Her suggestions to my ex husband were unethical and honestly, absolutely disgusting. She came in with no facts and seemingly had no problem stating lies as facts. She clearly did not research the case on her end. She could have easily done a simple clerk of court search to get basic information that she was absolutely clueless about. She did not respond until my attorney filed for default judgements. Her initial petition was so bare bones that I felt sympathetic for my ex that this was the quality of his legal representation. I know that he shelled out thousands for her service and her level of professionalism was way below par for that kind of money. If I were in his shoes, I would claim ineffective and unresponsive counsel. I am extremely happy that it is over, but I would hate to see another family go through an unnecessary Triple mediation with this attorney. Best wishes to those out there searching for good representation. My suggestion is to keep looking if this attorney is where you’ve found yourself!
