This law firm is terrible, they only call you at their convenience. They talk down to you if you can not pay your amount in full. They take your license but still think you can get a job to pay them. The lady who handles the accounts is super rude and does not even try and help you, I would not wish this law firm on my worst enemy! The team should probably come to reality in todays living and work with people!

So to whoever reads this. First of all this law firm has probably the worst customer service rep or customer service ethics I have ever witnessed. Belittle the customer and making them feel like complete garbage Ms. Julie in the garnish department has no ethics and belittle the defendants especially if you are spanish and then she says that she can't help you in her broken english and if you ask her to speak in spanish to you then that's when it gets worst. At that point she raises her voice and treats you like a child and then when you ask for someone else she says that she will not transfer because she is in charged of that department and then when she transfers you. She keeps you on hold so then you have to hang up. Was placed on hold for 30 min. Honestly one of the worst institutions. Complete garbage whoever is in charged of this place is a joke and really is just a third party collecting agency a bunch of scammers. For that you should sell my information outside the US they would probably treat me better.

I will be homeless when they can clearly see my checks don’t even cover my bills let alone have them garnish my checks for the amount they chose and hopefully they don’t or family member don’t go through hardship and they will then feel it as well karma is real

To be honest I don’t where to start they where supposed to send paperwork in to the court to stop the garnishment of 25% to do a agreement garnishment amount and they say the sent it all in over a month ago here it is now they are still taking 25% and blaming the court for everything say they waiting on a judge to sign it. Very unprofessional
