Wouldnt even waste my time.. While I fully understand not wanting to take a case, clear communication & explanations would be helpful and were definitely lacking. I was informed by the BBB and locally that my claims were valid and timely, and that the implied warranties were valid. This place told me I had to file things within 1 year of purchase when in TN it's 1 year or within the implied warranty and extended warranty periods - so they're not fully aware of TN law it seems. The problems were reported less than a month after purchasing up-to present, even Hyundai had confirmed the claims were valid and timely. BBB and AG stated a clam would need to be made within so many days of reaching or going over the implied warranty mileage terms (it was) & that informal & formal dispute resolution extended and tolled the statutes (which it has been filed & has) as the BBB confirmed. I feel they basically didn't want to assist me because of the amounts as it wouldn't be a high-reward/high-payout for them. That is the way I kind of took and understood things. Which is understandable due to the allowable deductions/depreciation models set for settlements/buybacks based upon the mileage. However, based upon what Ive been informed, those stipulations wouldn't apply as thar applies up-to the time of first report of the defect/nonconformities. Reports were filed before 500 miles were put on the car and again (several times) just prior to the 5k mi. marker, and has been a regular issue since with over 20 visits and 80 days of being out of service while in for repairs/diagnostics in just two visoys.. PLUS - there's proof the car was being questioned as defective prior to even being sold to the dealerships, to be sold to me. So, idk, just a bit of an awkward and questionable response on their part & I don't trust any attorney that isn't capable of speaking with me to discuss & explain things. A+ on the agents support & agent encounters, F on the constant emails & poor Attorney feedback/clarification.
