My husband and I had a horrible experience with them in 2020. We when to them on march 2020 to start my husband process. We signed the paper and gave $1,250 of a down payment. 2 weeks later Covid shut down took affect but I thought my appointment for 04/20/2020 was still valid even if it was done through phone call or zoom and they never contacted me. I sent them emails regarding my husband case but still was taking money out my account. I called left voicemails. Kept calling until finally someone answered and stated that I had to call finance to get My Money Back For The inConvenience which They Never Returned My Calling. Kept leaving voicemails And still no call back so o gave up and lost over $3,000 thanks to them. I believe in karma and they will get it for stealing from me. And I was not the only victim !!

I regret hiring this team. I hate them with all my heart. They don’t do their job. They have piles and piles of backed up cases that don’t move forward because they don’t have the right stuff. The only ones are the paralegals and they are not professionals. They don’t know what they are doing to say the least. The entire process has been a NIGHTMARE since the very beginning, never answered messages or emails and take forever to sent a single document to immigration. I had to move my case to a different firm and they never gave me an actual reason why my case never move forward. I trusted them and they just WASTED my time and money which was a total of 12k for literally NOTHING. Be very careful please do your homework.
