I've been waiting over a yr for probate and I never know what's going on unless I call them and happen to actually get to speak to them. Everyone around says this is ridiculous as this is on my mom's house and nobody knew in the state of Texas a will isn't good over 4 yrs old..so now they have to probate step dad's that died 14 yrs ago..
