STOP, HAULT, ARRET!!!!! These are the absolute soulless of soulless people. Going on 11 months of them completely and totally ignoring and hiding from their obligations. Dead beat dosnt even begin to describe how unbelievably on their own world they are. Ask them if their okay because their not. Something is completely and totally wrong with them, I feel like mentally they’re somewhere else completely. I’ve called Toyota 2,000 times and 40,000 miles later on a new truck we’re still worried about burning to death. Toyota literally gives me ole worthlesss email then hang up on me. Mark Skanes could give a fly fart less about anything but himself. He checks his voicemail like once a month then deletes them and never calls you back. When he’s forced to call you back eventually he’ll decide he’s gotta fish out the courage to do his job hell hit you with the ole “ let me get back to you “ then never dose. He told me give him a week to see what he can do and we’ll he called me back alright , well he dis call me back at 4:59 on Friday. Last second kinda guy. Imagine this worthless sack of air waster is what’s standing between you and burning to death. When you say I don’t feel safe I don’t feel comfortable he’ll send you a letter saying stop harassing my client. That’s the kinda mentality they have here. Nothing positive has come out of this experience if your dumb enough to have this kindergartener daycare of incapable mouth breathers associate with your company your a special breed of god help them all. If negative stars were a thing they would have all the bragging rights. So yes mark congrats on achieving nothing. The world will be a better place when they pack up there little what ever this place is and crawl back into where ever they crawled out of. Sad part is I bet you they will somehow try to blame the accuracy of this review on me rather realizing what I see and the rest of the world sees in them.

They have been the Law Firm that Jeep used in our Lemon Law case that we won. After they contacted us to settle our claim against Jeep, we have ended up dealing with 3 people from Rose/Waldorf and 5 more people from Stericycle, which is the company they pawned us off to get car paid off and money sent back to us. No one has any answers to questions or they contradict one another and has been a very frustrating experience. All we did was buy a car, yet we have experienced nothing but grief with Stericycle and no one from Rose/Waldorf seems to care, they don't respond to emails sent asking for assistance in dealing with Stericycle to complete this process. If you can avoid them, I would.

do not EVER go through this law office! I truly cannot say enough terrible things about them. They have messed up our lemon law lawsuit not once, not twice, not three times but COUNTLESS times. I have done more work than they have calling their office, calling our car company, calling the third party, what a MESS. Over 4 months later I am STILL out money, and they are refusing to pay me the extra $500 fine BY LAW for their mistakes. PATHETIC. DO NOT EVER CHOOSE THIS FIRM!! Tell everyone you know to look elsewhere!!!! And I hope you are okay with a 3-4 week response time IF you get one...they should be shut down they are so bad.
