Reviews

This firm is garbage they lost my case after almost 5 years! Simply put STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Just look at all the bad reviews! I wouldn’t be surprised if all the good reviews are fake! No updates and poor counseling, lacking any kind of law knowledge and they have no problem losing you money! I’m sorry but You Guys Suck!….what a joke!! I’ve got a bunch more colorful words but yeah… STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!!! GARBAGE FIRM!
Does anyone even answer the phone ? I have called 7 times almost everyday and Mary Kay doesn’t pick up.
I was a client of Mr. Richard Taylor, he was an outstanding person. I knew Mr. Taylor well, not only as my attorney but as a person. Since his passing it is a shame that his firm has deteriorated to the point that it has. When I called Taylor and Associates because I am in need of an attorney and I turned to a firm that I had counted on once before and could trust. Now I find them to be very disappointing, unreliable and cannot even return a phone call after promising to return ALL phone calls within 24 hours. How could they provide anyone with a good defense if they cannot even return a phone call? Mr. Taylor and the staff he had, had they been around they would never treated a potential client like I have been treated. It is my suggestion that anyone who reads this run and run fast to a different firm. It is very sad to say this however the wrong people are running Taylor and Associates and you will not get what you need from Taylor and Associates like you would need.
Richard Taylor was my attorney before his passing. Bruce Rosenberg then became my worker's comp lawyer. The difference was astonishing. What was a personal level of representation soon became a fight just to have my calls returned. This man cared not what my interests were, and less for the outcome of my case. Sadly, Taylor and Associates is no longer what Richard had it be. Do yourself a favor, and save your money. Find another lawyer.
I didn't think I'd survive to see my payments. Much less my back pay $44,000. Two years later each day is a gift! Call them. Remarkable dedication. Besides, the office cats are so friendly!
