Went against the agreement they had with my wife and the county sheriff. The agreement stated they could only go after funds from her job should she not be current with payments. They took and held funds from her retirement account, thereby leaving a family with the spectre of homelessness. Add to the fact that she was current with payments and all you have is a gang who extorts people disguising themselves as a collection agency. If you are dealing with these people just file bankruptcy. Not worth your time.

I had an outstanding debt that was from 2011 and there was lien placed on my home. I am due to sell that home the end of the month and I paid it off and they got the necessary paperwork sent to release the lien. I work with Kris Cook and he was outstanding!

If giving 0 stars was a thing I believe these people would have multiple of those. Speaking with them on the phone is a nightmare! You can just tell there is miserable old hags working at this company. They lack some customer service training. They will belittle you as if you owe the employees money. They are aggressive and will tell you "well maybe if you knew how to pay your credit cards you wouldn't be here calling us". Utterly disgusting behavior!! ALSO they will not serve you properly they will leave your information in your mailbox with no envelope for everyone to see, no discretion what so ever leading to a great lawsuit. Do better and perhaps use the money you're collecting from thousands of people to invest in some personal development and professional skills for your workers. They need it.

These people are a full on scamers. My account for a company was closed years ago I wanted to know why my bank was empty because people like them clean it out. That money was supposed to go to my daughter birthday party, my bills, and ago my child support. I gone to my bank and ask them why was my money taken under your nose and they said" I don't know it has nothing to do with us" so I change bank. Why they would take money if they didn't give you a call or an email or anything...just take your money like that without telling you.i even call the company that my account was closed and they say" we have nothing to do with it". We called up this company and they didn't pick up let alone call up there main company and no pick up. Thanks for taking my childs money and my future bills. Very quick enough to take my money but very slow and unresponsive to answer my call. FULL ON SCAMERS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.
