Dealing with this credit collection agency has been one of the most frustrating and disheartening experiences I've had. I took every responsible step to resolve my debt quickly- I overnighted a cashiers check for the full balance, called daily for updates, and made every effort to cooperate. Despite this, my bank account was levied, leaving me in an incredibly difficult financial situation as a parent teeing to provide for my family. What made matters worse was the lack of guidance and inconsistent communication from a handful of the agents. ai spoke to one empathetic and knowledgeable agent Dawn, who actually explained things clearly and treated me like a human being. But every time I asked to speak with her again it left a message through her extension, I was met with empty promises that she's call me back. that never happened. In the end, I paid the debt in full, including poundage fees to the city marshals, all in an effort to just move on from this nightmare. I did everything in my power to resolve the situation swiftly and in good faith, but instead of being helped, I was left in the dark misled, and financially punished. This agency needs serious internal reform when it comes to transparency, follow-through, and how they treat people who are actively trying to make things right. If you're working hard to pay your debts and looking for clarity or support - you won't find it here.
I would not recommend them. I was making payments diligently but encountered financial difficulties and notified them. Despite missing a couple of payments, I contacted them again and the representative assured me that I was still eligible for the payment arrangement. However, I subsequently received documents from the sheriff's office, indicating that Rubin and Rothman had initiated legal action without prior notification or follow-up!!! It's paid but I do not recommend them!!!!!!!
Went against the agreement they had with my wife and the county sheriff. The agreement stated they could only go after funds from her job should she not be current with payments. They took and held funds from her retirement account, thereby leaving a family with the spectre of homelessness. Add to the fact that she was current with payments and all you have is a gang who extorts people disguising themselves as a collection agency. If you are dealing with these people just file bankruptcy. Not worth your time.
All debts are charged off after 120 days from your trust account with the IRS. You are the holder of every loan, you loan money to yourself from your birth certificate trust. Your lack of knowledge about this is how they rip you off. Read the Secret Bankers Manual by Tom Schauf.
Takes forever for them to stop payments from the garnishment once you’ve paid it off. They still take money out of your paycheck and then you have to wait weeks to receive your money from your job.
