I paid Carlos $1500 to do the legal ground work to establish my business. He has only created a tax id and registered my business name and given me a very brief model agreement to present to my customers. I am finding myself having to fill in all the spaces. I never was given my tx id jnfo or anything from the state or city. No proofs or documentations. I once wrote a review about him before, only to be verbally, aggressively threatened to take it down. He tried to say i am mentally ill, why i wrote out against him. To this day i am still having to fill in pieces he could not. He ignores my emails and calls. Claiming he never got them. This same sick man who as an attorney, says he wants to be my friend. A lawyer should be a strong business man and not need to make friends. Make friends by doing good in business. I often wonder what he is on, or what is going on with him. He often sounds very fraile in his voice. Weak in his voice. I fear he may have addiction problem.
