I was supposed to have a 9am phone appointment "phone appointment", how easy is that? I guess not easy because Scott Sagaria never called or called me back. This is not the first time either... Do not put your family in their hands. What should have been an easy case was to hard for them. They do not care about you or your family. I have been waiting in their lobby for two hours now and still Scott Sagaria "the big boss" hasn't come to see me or ease my mind. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THAT IT... Best of luck to everyone else.

I never thought I would be “one of those people” who had to file bankruptcy. When I finally had to make that hard financial decision I turned to Sagaria Law. They really put me at ease about my feelings regarding my decision and helped me to make it as painless as possible. Which was rather painless. They were prompt about informing me of things as well as answering all of my ridiculous questions. I have a dear friend who is considering filing as well due to the economical blows she’s taken lately and I’ve already recommended Sagaria. They really took great care of me.

The people complaining are upset because they couldn’t afford the cost of bankruptcy. Sometimes a law firm has to pick and choose clients, some people have no case. Nate has been very helpful with our complicated BK. The office staff is always professional. I highly recommend Sangaria Law. Don’t believe the whiners!!!

OH MY GOSH HORRIBLE PEOPLE , don't waste your time and money by going there . Please save yourselves time and money . I had a horrible experience with this office and their employees. Sara and Judy will put you on hold for hours , simply hung up on you . There is the financial manager Brittney who thinks she is a super lady and yell at you like it is going out of style. First it took them for ever to refund the money they owed me , then they send the money to the credit card which I paid the bill already , so they put me in a huge horrible situation with my bank . That all happened because of their financial super lady Brittney who doesn't know how to treat the clients , and thinks she is very talented and knows everything which is wrong . She doest deserve to be a dry cleaner . Please please please DON'T GO THERE .

I had reservation about filing bankruptcy. I have never been overwhelmed over my finances. Due to the economy and the housing market bubble burst I was forced to make a serious financial decision. The moment I walked in Mr. Sagaria's office I felt safe, secured, and that I was making the right decision.
