I would give him a zero star if there was an option. Bryan took my case and assured me he will fight the case. I had submitted the required paperwork with evidences he requested. We discussed about my case over the phone and also in person. My case was reaching the out of court settlement deadline ( Dec 2023) soon so I had started calling his office to find the status but never heard back from him. In January, I received a letter from their office that they will not fight the case anymore. They did not inform me before and just left me in the middle of nowhere. I am pretty sure he must have reached an out of settlement decision with the other party and took all the money he may have received. I would suggest everyone to stay away from this thief. He is UNRELIABLE, UNETHICAL and UNTRUSTWORTHY. I have been calling their office to get my case file back but no luck on this yet.

I have done my cases with miss rosa Elena sahagun since 2012 And always have good results I just got my case approved I found out online I did the paperwork with her and everything was on time I will keep on going with her for future situations It can be a little hard sometimes to deal with legal terms but in my case I had good results with her

This Lawyer is very Unprofessional. She took my brother divorce case and never do anything for him, After she charged him $7,000.00 and asking for more and my brother asked her for results she just dropped the case saying the she could continue without more money. At the end she steals all his money. Please be careful, I don't know how she still have license as a Lawyer.

I do reviews in many restaurants and most of the service I utilize, I’ve had bad experiences with but I cannot let Rosa Elena continue to ROB people of their hard earned money or let her fail or lose their cases, I hired her to help me win a custody battle of my children's father. Not only was the entire process with her stressful and hard enough, but every time I spoke to her the conversation seemed tedious and below her. As if my case did not matter. And also, Good luck getting ahold of her. Professionalism? Out the door. She was rude and spoke to me in a way that made me feel inferior. I thought attorneys were supposed to keep you knowledgeable of whats going on in your case. If Google allowed to leave negative stars, rest assured I would do it!!!! Don’t waste your good money and time here, you’re better off researching other renowned attorneys with reputable careers. I thankfully got another attorney to clean up the mess she made not only that but she got to a point that it seemed as she was defending the opposite party , when I started my research for other attorney I get to find out that to one of them , a paralegals I was referred to call ???? she couldn't take my case due to conflict of interest since she had help """THIS SO CALLED ATTORNEY """ and she didn't do nothing what she was hired, she not even study my case it was like if she wanted to have my kids taken away !!! PLEASE PEOPLE RUN FROM THIS OFFICE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!

My experience with this lawyer was a good one. I did pay extra money but that’s understandable because lawyers aren’t cheap. I knew my case was handle correctly and she was right there every step of it. The office communicated with me everytime there was an update on my case. I also recommended her to a family member when he had problems with the law and she went beyond to help him.
