Don’t waste your time. The lawyer never returns calls nor emails. Goes to court never gives an update. Oh let’s not forget going to a trail totally Unprepared without all the records that were needed.

I went to this firm after getting into a car accident early last year. My brother recommended them because they had helped my dad when he got into an accident a long time ago. They helped me deal with the insurance companies and my medical bills. They kept me well informed throughout the entire process, and the peace of mind I got from knowing they were working on my case helped me focus on my recovery. In the end they were able to ensure my bills were paid and put money in my pocket. I cannot thank Matt Caraway and Sam C. Mitchell & Associates enough for their hard work on my case. Without it, I wouldn't have been able to get back on my feet as well as I have.

Going through an auto accident can be a very traumatic experience especially if significant injuries are involved. What impresses me with Sam C Mitchell and Associates is the way they help their clients through the process of dealing with things like medical bills and advocating strongly for their clients. After finally getting a return phone call three days later, I'm told by Mark Caraway that I'm being belligerent while trying to explain what's gone on with post-op care after a major surgery. If he had taken the time to listen to the entire situation he might have understood. Totally unprofessional and extremely rude. Was attempting to explain what had happened but Mark Caraway chose to speak over me the entire time, not giving me the chance to tell what had happened. Certain insurance companies expect you to die versus paying for an emergency visit after a major spine surgery. When their policy states it pays for all costs for surgery and post-operative care. Mr. Caraway would only state well why can't your insurance and you pay for it? That's part of the insurance program, THEY pay it so you don't. But I was being belligerent according to him. Even though I also had the incorrect controlled substance given to me by Walgreens after I was discharged that was no where near strong enough, causing extreme pain and suffering that was not necessary. Walk far away from this law firm, far away. They don't care anymore. They used to, but not now. Aaron Hopkins would have referred me to Mitchell when spoke to them, but he does not do cases like this. They stated after I explained what occured during my phone call with Mark Caraway that they will no longer refer to him.

Tyler Diele, PLEASE, don't waste your time, effort, trust, or energy. Our case went from being "STRONG" to, "I'm no longer going to represent you, case isn't worthy or strong"! He said he spoke to the Arbitrator BEFORE our court date, she told him, their were too many loop holes. What? I'm sure a surgeon at Washington University is going to perform surgery on a perfectly normal spine? Really? No contact for almost a year. Only communication was through his Paralegal. How many Paralegals, couldn't keep individuals employed either. What a total cluster, like I said, don't waste your time with this firm!!!!!!!
