I visited this law firm with the intention of establishing a Will, Power of Attorney and an Advanced Health Care Directive. When I initially set up my appointment I was uninformed of how the process worked as well as what items I could include. Unfortunately, when I left the appointment I was still uninformed about how the process work and the items I could include. The appointment lasted approximately 15 minutes. I felt as if I was ushered in and out of Mr. Pettey's office in an effort to move on to someone or something more important. Afterward, I choose not to continue with their services and received a bill in the amount of $375 for services rendered for a DRAFT of a Will, Power of Attorney, and Advanced Health Care Directive. Will not be recommending this firm to any of my friends.
We had a wonderful experience with the team at Samford and Denson, LLP, specifically Jennifer Chambliss and Donna Kilcrease. It was a comfort to have Mrs. Chambliss by our side on some of the most important days of our lives. She always made sure to cover all bases and kept a level head on all issues.
