San Bernardino Office

Have been here 4 times in 1 month for different things, every time people here have been nice and informative, it was fast and easy process even when it was busy.

Place is full of your stereotypical bad attitude overpaid under-worked too important to serve the public city 'workers'. It's even worse when you call and speak to someone. Everyone I have encountered at the County has been beyond rude after asking a simple question I've been stared at then responded to 'Okaaaaaaaaaaaay...?' Avoid like the DMV at all costs! And if you're getting married, don't sell yourself short and get hitched at this place you'll regret it!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL had me pay twice for my birth cetificate totalling over $60.Had to drive all the way from my home in Nevada to pick it up in person because my ID and social security card along with a NOTARIZED form for the clerks office apparently was not enough identfying information for them to find me in the system via mail.Went to the clerks office expecting not to pay because it was their mistake!I did not even tell the women any information except for hand her my ID and she found my birth certificate right away!She told me i would have to pay again!Because I put the wrong names for my parents on my mail request form.Hmmmm thats interesting because when i came in office i put the SAME EXACT NAMES AS I DID ON MY MAIL REQUEST!Very displeased hope i NEVER have to come back here again SCAMMED ME OUT OF A LOT OF MONEY JUST FOR PROOF I WAS BORN IN SB COUNTY.

Called to find out info on marriage licenses. Extremely rude, short, and constantly interrupting

As if the already ridiculous prices for documents weren't enough they also add an additional $2.50 for any card charges.
