I could not be happier and agree with the praises I have heard about the law firm but I dont think they are given enough credit for their customer service! yes they are great attorneys, especially Miss Maxey Scherr but the whole law firm is so professional and friendly! you are treated very well as a client, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for representation. My husband and I met with a lawyer from this firm over a month ago. She was fine, but the problem we have had is that they told us they would get back to us within 2 weeks with an answer to whether or not they would take our case. We were assured that if they could not take our case they would recommend us to a law firm that could, or that they could at least call the hospitals and negotiate a better rate or lower payments considering what we have been through with our situation/case. This law firm has proved with their lack of response/action that they could care less about people.
