I don't post many Google reviews but I have to share my experience with this law firm. I hired Lyndon Scheveck for a contested parenting plan as I have been trying to get custody of my son. I have to say that Lyndon is doing an amazing job. His trial skills are great and didn't hesitate getting updated on the case. At trial, it was clear that he knew the law better than my last attorney, I wish I hired him from the beginning.

Unprofessional and incompetent. I hired Layne to assist me in my divorce. He did not show up to a hearing to set child support, causing added financial distress in an already difficult time. He is unresponsive to communication and his legal aide often gives partial or incorrect information. The tone of communication ranged from dismissive to hostile. At no point in this process did I feel like my lawyer was on my side and advocating for my best interest. My experience was that once they receive their money, they are uninterested in your case. I could get no help receiving the divorce settlement mandated by the court. I paid this firm thousands of dollars and got nothing in return but constant stress.

I hired lyndon to handle a case for my minor daughter. Every time we talked it was me calling after months of waiting for a follow up. This guy just doesnt call you back and I would recommend finding another attorney if you need something. Now his excuse is Im not his client, as he isnt smart enough to see my daughter was a minor. This should tell you everything. I highly recommend that if want to know what is going on with your case, you go elsewhere.
