Rusty told me he would respond to a different lawyer to try to settle something out of court. He never did this and then would not answer any of my calls or return any calls. I spoke to the secretary and told her he had not returned my calls for a few weeks. It seemed like this was probably a common complaint she would have to take.

Caused a lot of stress on my life, where I need Couseling and getting on sleeping meds. Had mediation, and other meetings with him. And nothing. Currently, has a check, for a purchase of a house and nothing. Wrote the check about months ago. My attorney, is trying to get answers from him and she says, he won’t answer. Having my money out there, with no results is really effecting me. There is a lot more but choose not to share on here. Check his rating through the BBB. Trying to tell me, some can sign legal papers, when they are dying and not in there right mind. Michigan law says different.

Very responsive until he receives your retainer. Then 0 responses. I had a very very simple case. Tree were logged off my property. I want him to send the adjoining land own a letter threatening a lawsuit. I gave him the land owners name phone number address, a copy of my forest management plan with the inventory stolen...... Well needless to say after he got my $500.00 retainer. He refuses to respond. 4 months and i am still trying to get some money back or atleast some sort of bill.... This guy is that gives lawyers the reputation they deserve.

Doesn't return phone calls.
