Terrible experience with Sundee Stephenson. A few adjectives for this lady: unscrupulous, greedy, petty, unprofessional, condescending, uncommunicative and yes, unethical. I honestly believe she takes advantage of people that are struggling through their most difficult times. $8500 for a custody case, demanding over 6k more after 3 months to go to trial or withdraw from our case. When I questioned how our money was spent and why we had to pay more when both parties were willing to agree on a custody arrangement she lost her temper and started sending threatening, contemptuous emails in a fit. That's when I told her we did not want her representation and not to do another thing with our case, but she made sure to withdraw before we could dismiss her, probably an ego thing. Our familys worked it out amongst ourselves, much easier than dealing with someone that doesn't seem to care about the best interest of the child, but more for her own pocket book.She even admitted if not for these types of cases, she would be out of business.
