Colin Folawn in his professional capacity as an attorney so-called could not have cared less when Leland Ripley lost my entire case file. Why did he not care? Because Leland was former head of the Washington State Bar Association and has more power than I do in the system--pure and simple. This is despite the fact that keeping a client's materials safe is the most fundamental thing an attorney can do. Colin systematically harassed me when I was pregnant causing serious health concerns. He violated egregiously my rights to due process. Colin is a psychopath and he falls below the ethical threshold of an attorney who should be practicing law in the great state of Oregon.
I have been working with Schwabe Williamson and Wyatt for over 10 years and they handle the bulk of my legal needs. If you are looking for a general business attorney I highly recommend Trevor Livingston. Trevor is the most honest and ethical attorney I have ever worked with which is why I rely on him to not only represent me but help guide some of my business decisions.
They nickle and dime you to death and provide terrible service!
Got an invoice for double the cost of the estimate given, with zero notification of cost overages and they refuse to explain why they went $2500 over budget.
Our company began working with Schwabe, Williamson, and Wyatt in 2000. They have been our corporate attorneys since that time. They have represented us in almost every legal issue a start-up thought successful company can encounter with even handedness and tremendous skills. We at Instructional Technologies, Inc. can unreservedly recommend them.
