Scully & Scully

I have, over the years purchased lovely gifts from Scully & Scully for my wife, and members of our family. I have also purchased a few items for myself and drooled over many others. The catalog alone can do that to you for each item the store offers is a very unique piece. I am writing about my very recent purchase for my wife for Valentine's Day. As per usual I had put this off until the very last moment when I realized Valentine's Day was nearly here. I checked the online catalog and was stunned to see a notice in red that warned it would take weeks for the order to arrive from England. But there was also a line suggesting S&S had one piece in stock. I thought to myself, "What are the chances?" but called late in the evening and was most fortunate Tracy answered. She did everything and the gift arrived today, beautifully wrapped. In addition, I enjoyed a lovely conversation with Tracy about a research project I worked on for much of my career as an academic that had nothing to do with my initial reason for the call. That was very nice. May 1st is a very special date for me, and I will be calling again knowing the level of service will be absolutely the finest.

I have shopped with Scully and Scully for years because of their quality products. The selection is unique and thoughtful... always keeping the customer in mind. For the first time ever, I recently had to return an item because of size. The customer service I received was five-star plus and the rep was very kind and courteous. Six stars for Tracy! I am so grateful.

I have now purchased seven pieces of furniture from Scully and Scully. Their service is impeccable and their products the same. I purchased most pieces of the Elm Burl office furniture and it is some of, if not the most beautiful wood I have ever seen. I've also purchased two of the High Mahogany Book Cases and they are even more striking than the photographs. I highly recommend Scully and Scully; they are highly professional from sales to shipping and my experiences have exceeded all expectations.

Scully and Scully is a luxurious emporium of beautiful goods. The follow up service is superb. I bought one of those dreamy leather loungers a few years ago and mistakenly broke the wire that controls the chair s movement. I was provided with service without question and in a timely fashion. After initially disappointing me, Scully & Scully resolved my issue with exceptional care. They acknowledged the error in fulfilling my order and the poor customer service I initially received. In addition to refunding the engraving fee, they shipped a new silver frame with the correct engraving at no additional cost. The gift recipients were thrilled, and the replacement turned out to be the cherished keepsake I had envisioned. The original mistake was upsetting. I had ordered the frame to celebrate my nephew’s birth and requested engraving to personalize the gift. Instead, the frame arrived unengraved, stripping it of its intended sentimentality. That said, their ultimate resolution demonstrated genuine accountability and restored my trust in the brand. I hope they strengthen quality control and customer service to prevent similar issues for future customers. In the end, I appreciate their efforts to make things right, which allowed me to present a meaningful gift that is now treasured by the recipients.
