Went with a friend to complete a closing for Toll Brothers house purchase. We didn't have to wait long for the process to begin. If you've been through this process before, you know how this experience can be stressful. nnFirst, they make sure you are relaxed when you get in and the Attorney regale you with anecdotes and jokes during the documents signing session. nnThe hours fly by and you find yourself laughing while signing all these documents. nnThey are true professionals and the experience was wonderful and inspiring.

Had a great in person experience with attorney Kathleen Young very professional and easy to talk with. The office is clean and has an excellent snack and coffee area. Would recommend.

Original review was a 1 star due too inconsitent customer service support. It took us 2 months to obtain 'deed update' information. This was rectified once the correct point of contact took our call.

I am a mortgage banker in Clarksville and I have done several settlements with Adam Holmwood at their Columbia location, I have worked on several deals with Adam over the last few years and he is awesome! Extremely helpful and responsive and genuinely cares about his clients. He is my favorite attorney to do closings with because he does an excellent job of making sure that the closings don't take all day... but that everyone knows exactly what they are signing.
