Description: LPR married to USC wife and one USC child born to them. Cient was convicted of DOV3rd and the N-400 application for citizenship triggered that he was a CIMT offender and ICE picked him up and reffered to immigration court for deportation. Filed a post conviction rule 32 based on Padilla vs. Kentucky. Guilty plea was set aside and later client plead to a disorderly conduct. Client was released from Oakdale and he is eligible to become citizen capable of showing GMC.
