I would give them 10/5 stars, if I could. HIGHLY recommend Shaull for your heating & cooling needs. Tyler, Connor and crew went above and beyond in every regard. They are esponsive, punctual, thorough, friendly, reasonably priced, efficient and gracious. Not to mention, local! Our furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving and not only did they squeeze us in to evaluate what was a broken heat exchanger but they removed the bad unit, drove to Lansing to get us our new one and installed in the course of a few hours so we’d have heat over the holiday weekend. To say we were grateful would be an understatement. If you are in a pinch or simply looking for reliable & trustworthy care close to home, Shaull is your answer. They are cemented as our go-to source for heating & cooling needs.

Called to have my furnace inspected. Came right out! Very professional, courteous, and fast! Our pressure switch was out. Went got the part fixed in under 10 minutes! Highly recommend! Reasonably priced too! Will continue to go with Shaull with all of my furnace and ac needs! Will be giving them a call for an estimate for a brand new system soon!

Tyler and team were quick to respond after I started my own annual maintenance such as cleaning, replacing my filters and testing my current furnace before it was cold every day. The furnace failed during my prep work. Another company wanted me to wait two weeks to just look at my furnace. I found Shaull online read the reviews checked BBB. I called them, he asked if he could stop by now since he was nearby on the way to another job. My 20+ year old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. He asked if we do a follow up later in the day During our second meeting, we discussed my options and I did my research. I ended up replacing my furnace and Central Air after they gave me a competitive quote for both. They were unbelievably quick with removing the old furnace and central air and installing a new furnace and central air. I did have one concern after the install. I took a picture and emailed my concern on a Friday and he emailed me and said he would have someone here Monday to take care of my concern, and he did without a charge. He was currently quoting snd installing Ameristar(Trane) and Ameican Standard AC. I went with mid range. 10 year warranty on parts and 1 year on labor if you register the units online.

My furnace took a time out and after getting it inspected I was advised it has wore out its welcome and was lucky it was even running. The guys were very professional and courteous, and very helpful with determining what new furnace was needed without overpaying. I would highly recommend these guys. Had a new one installed without breaking my wallet. Big thumbs up for fast professional service. Keeping local great businesses running
