During the past 15 months I have had the pleasure of working with Sheffield & Boatright Title Services, LLC on several real estate transactions totaling Two million dollars ($2,000,000). Not often will I rate a company and or sole proprietor five stars but I would be remiss if I assigned Sheffield & Boatright Title Services, LLC anything less. My primary point of contact is Kiann Lewis who I can summarize her overall rating as sensational. Ms. Lewis is an outstanding communicator, extremely knowledgeable with all facet of real estate closing transactions both on the buying or selling side. She is exceptional at returning calls, emails or text messages. Her input and guidance has been invaluable and she has saved me significant amounts of money by clearly knowing her trade. Ms. Lewis's support and office staff is outstanding to work with and they go the extra mile to make complex transactions easy. I highly recommend Sheffield & Boatright Title Services, LLC for any real estate closing transactions. They are outstanding!

Love working with Kiann and Laura at Sheffield & Boatright Title Services, LLC.  They are both so knowledgeable and will do whatever it takes to help in getting a transaction to closing.  We have been working with them on numerous transactions over the years and they never disappoint.  Truly awesome service.  I highly recommend them to anyone considering title services.

They tricked me as my husband was unemployed. Told me he can go on deed, which I agreed to. We were getting a divorce and they manage to help him get his name on mortgage so I could not sell without him. I think shady business. Thought I'd just have to do a quit claim deed per 1st divorce attorney. It changed at 2nd attorney. For those common law in Florida if you want to scam successfully it will help delay divir e proceedings. They will put people name not there to help slow down to where you could be entitled to more. Gonna give 5 star based on success for A group.

Joleen takes a whole week off for vacation (which is fine- everyone needs a vacation from time to time) but you have one job. She manages to fail at sending the wire transfer information days before we close. My husband had to follow up and ask for the wire transfer info THE NIGHT BEFORE CLOSING yet still nothing so on THE DAY OF CLOSING he asked for it again since we can't close until we send the money. Please tell me why we had to go to this kind of unnecessary stress? Go on vacation, live your life! But please make sure your "work" is done and or have one of your colleagues "take care" of your work for you if you're not going to be around. This is just so unprofessional and my husband has been so nice and patient but I can't stand to see him get frustrated and stressed out over things like this. This is supposed to be an exciting part of the whole process. Like we're closing on the new house, yay! And not "I don't think we're able to close today because I still haven't received the wire transfer information from Joleen" :/ Ps: the receptionist is great.

Experienced and very professional, excellent service with impeccable precision. Since the wife and I just kinda wanted to go with whoever our lender advised we found this service to be astounding. This is the third house I have closed on and this title service is the best experience I have had so far. Would recommend!
