I hired Joa Sherman to represent me few years ago and to apply for a service on my behalf. However, I never received the service, despite paying him in full. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up during my case. It was difficult to get in touch with Joa Sherman or receive updates on the status of my case. As a result, I had to take matters into my own hands and ended applying for said service on my own after the case was closed. I understand that the legal process can be complex and unpredictable, but I feel that the lack of communication and failure to provide the services that I paid for was unacceptable.
