I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm due to a complete lack of professionalism and client service. I reached out to schedule a consultation regarding a legal matter, and Mr. Mychalowych requested that I send over all relevant documents and information for review before setting up an initial meeting. I complied with his request promptly, but after that, he completely vanished. He has not answered any of my calls, emails, or texts. While I fully understand that any attorney has the right to decline working with a potential client, it is essential that such a decision be communicated properly. Ignoring a client and failing to provide any form of response is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable for an attorney. If this lack of communication reflects how they handle cases, I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for legal representation.
