This lawyer Jim Greupner represents a client that gave us the run around when looking to lease retail space in St. Louis Park. He was very unresponsive in getting back to us as time was an issue for us and he knew it but he didn't care and waited weeks for a call backs as we tried to negotiate. I put my time and money into an architect and was led to believe this was a possibility to lease space with a long term lease with a smaller than desirable TI allowance based on his broker. He would rather have short term tenants that will demand less of his money and his clients money so as not to improve the neighborhood. Yet his client owns a foundation??? Is it Fine Foundation. It is no wonder this property has sat vacant for 10 years! Run from this lawyer. He is cheap and only cares about money. Be ware my fellow SLP neighbors!
