When I agreed to move forward with their attorney, he sent me to a receptionist for payment. When I asked for an engagement letter before I just send over money, with nothing in writing, I was told they don’t do engagement letters for the amount they were charging me and that the attorney would send me an email instead. I never heard from them again.
