Got mail saying that I owed 3800 on a garshiment from 5 yrs ago....asked Ms Betty who is " cooking the books" because there is no way that you guys held onto this for this long... awaiting response from Nathan...will work extra hours and get a lawyer for this one...especially since civil...

They ganish some one check for 3700 two years ago, paid off, Then turn around and said 8000 was found for interested feeds. Two years later for the same sectional couch set and twin mattress set . From Capitol furniture store. Come on Now Really. Someone please explain please.

I have been calling this firm for a month! Left message after message and sent email after email!!! NO ONE WILL CALL BACK AND YOU CANNOT REACH A HUMAN TO GET INFORMATION! I will be contacting the BBB. I didnt want to give the one star but in order to post this review I had to :(................ They deserve a -0 As of today 10/11/17 I did receive a call from BETTY YATES whom was VERY VERY VERY RUDE! SHE PLACED ME ON HOLD WITHOUT WARNING AND YELLED INTO THE PHONE WITHOUT WARNING AS I WAS SPEAKING. ALL I WANTED WAS MY BALANCE AND TO UNDERSTAND WHY I WAS PAYING 4000.00 FOR A JUDGEMENT OF 2346.00 PLUS ATTORNEY FEES OF 782! THEY HAVE AN INTEREST RATE OF 23% THAT CHARGES UNTIL THE DEBT IS PAID. MEANING YOU WILL ALWAYS BE PAYING THE DEBT BECAUSE THE INTEREST DOES NOT STOP EVEN WHILE IN REPAYMENT. BETTY YATES IS THE WORST REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE COMPANY. SHE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DOWN RIGHT RUDE!AFTER ASKING FOR A SUPERVISOR SHE LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES !!!!!!! I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BBB AND MAKING A VERY WELL PUT TOGETHER CONSUMER COMPLAINT.
