Two months ago we had an incident with a car wreck and until you have had your first, you think you know what to do. Well, we hit the other car but the other car pulled out in front of us and there you are wondering on what to do. We called Matt and he instructed us to make the claim with THEIR insurance and not our own. Once all the info came out, it was clearly the other parties fault. But again until you have it happen, you think you know what to do. You don't. Matt does and I appreciate how professional and quick he was to respond and how helpful he was in the process that is STILL ongoing. Without his help, it would of costs of thousands of dollars NOT knowing how to handle the claim process properly.
