Avoid yourself a headache, mark Bernstein is the most irresponsible and unprofessional lawyer you could find... He's always late at your hearings and the days that he show up, he just sit down and let the sistem desides what's to do with you, and just tells you to go with it... Also He's never reachable and Rude if you get a hold on him.... I'm so happy I fired him and hired a Real professional lawyer...
