I was extremely pleased with Mr. Andrew Calhoun and Mr. Chandler Moon's handling of my case. They were both very professional and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. I got into a really bad wreck on Highway 280. My boyfriend convinced me to get an attorney. After calling several people, I landed with Wettermark Keith- and I am so grateful I did. Lee Hawker walked me through step by step, staying in touch with me over the whole course. The process was so easy on my end. When the case was finally resolved- we got the outcome we wanted, and I know that that was only possible due to Lee’s persistence, confidence, and experience. I reached out to Wettermark Keith's injury last Oct after my father was involved in a car accident. The person over my case reassured me that he knew what he was doing and would do his best. The person over my case in my option did not reflect the character that the firm clearly states on its website, a "character as doing the right thing when no one is watching, striving to uphold their commitment to honesty, fairness, and integrity - to be the lawyers their communities can trust. Unfortunately, the person missed the mark several times, but I will mention just two. The first was the lack of communication and thoroughness that I had since I had never experienced this before, and I was grieving the death of my father. There was also miscommunication on their end with the adjusters, which cost money and time and was something our family didn't need to have. His conduct suggests he has done this before and will probably continue to do so, negatively affecting the business. The last step in the case was the finalization process, which was conducted through an email. However, I found this method to be impolite and unprofessional as it did not give us the opportunity to discuss any issues or concerns over the phone. The email left our family feeling undervalued and disrespected, as if our case was not significant enough to warrant a proper meeting. I strongly believe that the business should take appropriate measures to ensure that their clients are treated with respect and consideration in all aspects of the case. It is essential that they make an effort to communicate more effectively in the future and provide clients with a suitable platform to voice their opinions. This will not only help to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future but also establish a positive relationship between the business and its clients. I hope after reading this review your firm take some course for compassion, because the people that you're severing I strongly believe that businesses have a responsibility to treat their clients with respect and consideration in all aspects of their dealings. It is important for them to improve their communication methods and provide clients with a suitable platform to voice their opinions. This not only helps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future but also establishes a positive relationship between the business and its clients. I hope your firm takes notice of this review and shows compassion towards the people you are serving. It is necessary to acknowledge mistakes, rectify them accordingly, and apologize publicly.
