If you're looking for a lawyer, look no further. Ask for Amy Dieterich. She is the standard for which lawyers should be held. The first time I spoke with her she actively listened to my story in its entirety. I never felt rushed, as if her time was more valuable than mine. She was asking questions and getting details so she could fully understand. She was thorough and made sure we had another appointment on the books before we got off the phone so there would never be a lack of communication. Her conversations are to the point and don't drag on just so she can charge you more money. She actually saved me money through the process. She always gave me an opportunity to ask questions, and when I did ask, she immediately knew the answer and was able to show her expertise through quoting and citing laws, statues etc. She never made me feel badly, uneducated or patronized. This was extremely important to me, dealing with previous lawyers who have made me feel that way. She has a way of making you feel like friends while maintaining a professional attitude and demeanor. It was kind of... art. She was honest and straightforward, regardless if it was the answer I wanted to hear or not. She never beat around the bush. She helped me from start to finish and I never had a problem with communication. I'd like to include Amy's assistant, Lisa Lavoie, and even the first woman I spoke with Diann King were the perfect mix of professional, prompt, and polite. There is no other lawyer I would go to. There is no other law firm I would go to. Amy and her team have set the standard, call them and set up an appointment to see what it is.
I am a recent client of Andrew Zulieve and have found that I made the best possible choice for my growing company's legal needs. When I first contacted Andy's office, I was greeted by Holly Haining, his administrative assistant, and wife. I immediately felt like I was being welcomed into a family of caring and supportive people. They listened to the vision I have for my company, helped me understand how I need to move forward from a legal perspective and have been supporting and advising me every step of the way since then. My questions and concerns are received by Holly and Andy in such a way that I feel as if I am a friend or family member, not just a client. Holly responds to emails and phone calls quickly, professionally, and with care and compassion. Andy follows up with legal advice that provides me with an understanding of my situation, in addition to supporting and encouraging me through each circumstance that arises. My experience is that Andy and Holly are a team who have the wonderful attributes of being able to combine intellect and heart when representing their clients. I feel that they have my back and honestly care about helping me through legal challenges I may be faced with. I needed legal expertise and found that with Andy's office, but it also came with care and compassion, which were unexpected, and greatly appreciated.
Braden Clement of Skelton Taintor & Abbott recently handled a legal matter for me. I found him and the people at his firm to be pleasant and professional. He was calm, quick thinking, through, and well prepared. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for an attorney to represent you.
I’d have to agree with another’s review as being the “Devil’s Advocate “. This firm is about money in their pockets and procrastinate to do so. I was a client with diminished mental capabilities, bi-polar manic depression, seasonal disorder and after four years of litigation, severe stress disorder. I don’t understand certain processes and misinterpreted information. Constant arguments over what I understood and what I didn’t understand were daily. Numerous deadlines were missed that would have benefited my needs and desisered outcome, instead they let opposing party continue to miss deadlines, ultimately resulting in having all their needs met. I lost everything as a result and paid a lot of money to do so! My home is gone as a result, in an area I loved and had to leave many valuables behind as well. I would have to say, my representation switched sides and was working to benefit opposing party. I want to ad, Theodore Small ruined my life, stability and future! A day doesn’t go by that I don’t think of how he scammed me! Never ever did I have intentions to sell my property. All paid for, no worries except $2000 a year in taxes! Not only did the opposing party not pay himself, as written in this alleged binding contract, the contractor got a realtor to find a buyer and made $69,000! I was left with nothing. This man is guilty of malpractice! If I wanted to sell, I would have gotten my own realtor and made the additional income. I screamed “null and void “ when deadlines were missed. Ted Small said I had to go through with it anyway, or I would be in big trouble! He was not looking out for my best interest, only his firms interest! I was completely erased as ever being the owner of my property, instead, Paul Smith’s name was entered as though he sold the property to the buyer. If that’s not crooked, I don’t know what is? Ted Small cares nothing about the elderly and stole my purpose in life. My heart literally broke that day. Not a day goes by without thinking of the pain he caused. Ted Small withheld information from me about my first attorney, who also took my money. I learned later James Whittemore was disbarred as should Ted Small.
My husband and I highly recommend Andrew Zulieve! We found Andy while searching online for a business lawyer. He is very efficient, responds back quickly and truly cares about his clients and their needs! We could not be happier with our decison to work with Andy!
