Terrible. I have made on time payments for months. The 1 time I asked them to move the payment date from the 3rd to the 18th. They say “yes we can do that”. To find out they still took out payment on the due date. I called again to make sure they were not taking payment out again on the day I requested. I was told no only on the 3rd of the month. Well they lied and took an extra payment! This is terrible service especially for someone who is making on time payments. Don’t tell someone one thing and do another. I get your a collections agency. But doing this has been an inconvenience. The only reason I gave 1 star is because it’s the only way I can leave a comment. Do better!

I recently had an account sent to this law firm. I was annoyed of course but Denise made the experience bearable and helped me with a payment plan that is manageable.

If I could provide a review of negative stars, I totally would. Super unprofessional, unethical, and a complete slime ball. Their professionalism also explains a lot regarding the clients they choose to represent. I would never suggest anyone use this firm or even consult with them. I don’t understand how they are even in business.

I have never dealt with a company that is as unprofessional and unethical as this one. Not only do they use shady business practices, but lied to me on several occasions. Their staff is very rude, and would not ever recommend this firm to anyone. After contacting their office on multiples times, I was told that the owner of the company doesn’t take calls... I guess when you have concerns about their staff and their unethical practices, and you want them addressed, the owner doesn’t feel it’s important enough to take your call. My next letter will be to the NJ Bar Association!

We never thought we would be in the position to have to file bankruptcy, but using Sklar law was best decision. They went above and beyond to make the experience as smooth as possible. Every question we had they graciously answered, even after the process was complete. They were more than accommodating and flexible when needed. I definitely recommend this office for anyone facing this challenge.
