I found Paul Scott, after talking to many Mississippi lawyers, literally at the mid night hour, on-line. The City and State were taking my property by Inverse Condemnation and I needed help to stop them. I sent Paul an email explaining my position and within a week he had driven 300 miles one way to look at the property in question. After 10 minutes Paul said he’d seen enough and that he’d take our case on a contingency agreement and that he would take care of everything from then on. Five years later, with a Mississippi Supreme Court decision of 9-0 in our favor, Paul delivered on his agreement, holding the government accountable for their actions. Paul Scott and Robert Quimby are great lawyers and honorable men.
