Morgan Smith is the best attorney! I had squatters living in a duplex I own. Another attorney told me I would have to wait 90 days before I could file eviction. Morgan was able to file right away, get a hearing in about two weeks, and won the case! Also, he was so affordable. I would definitely recommend him to other landlords that need to file an eviction.
