I've worked with Chris and his team on various rental property issues over the past few years, most recently this month. They are both wonderful to work with and are highly educated in real estate law. As someone who kind of fell into Arizona real estate without any formal education in it, I've needed help in several areas and I couldn't be happier with the legal work I've received from Combs Law Group.
I have worked with Combs Law Group for the past 10 years and it has always been a great experience. They are always able to find solutions that are extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
We had a complex issue regarding our boundary line with our neighbors. We went to Combs Law Group and they handled our difficult situation seamlessly. Highly recommended!
Chris Combs needs to retire like 10 years ago. He stumbles in the room wearing a suit jacket and shorts, and mumbled through the entire meeting. Its not a complicated situation, but he still had me explain at least 3 times. After all that, his questions were so basic, it was obvious he had absolutely no idea what we were talking about. It was like talking to a drunk man on a bus. I kept asking the paralegal if Mr Combs was OK and all she could do was apologize. Like seriously he can't even dress himself. I'm sure he isn't capable of driving a car. There is no way on God's green Earth I'd trust him to represent me in a legal matter. Mr Combs told me my case was unwinnable but he'd give it a shot for $20k to start. I laughed in his face and went on to my next meeting. Thankfully the next lawyer was sober and capable of basic comprehension, charged me $5k and won my case so easily. Unreal. Avoid Combs Law at all costs.
Rip off. Came here looking for help with a simple warranty deed. I paid for 2 consultations for over $700. My second consultation was cut short by 30 minutes they didn't even remember I had a zoom meeting with me and I had to call them. After everything they demanded $3500 for a simple warranty deed prep. Another firm in Scottsdale will be doing it for $675. If you have money to throw away by all means go see combs law group
