Facts. When my case needed immediate attention in the final stages, Attorney Little was MIA. The opposing attorney was not able to reach him to finalize documents. He was MIA when the title company needed information. I had to sit with the opposing attorney for half a day in order to complete the case. He did not have a backup attorney as required by the Minnesota Professional Code of Conduct for lawyers--and if he did, that attorney never intervened nor was any name communicated to me. I went to his office, and the defendant also visited his office and the receptionsit had not seen him nor knew where he was. These facts are indisputable. Formal complaints have been filed with the Ramsey County Bar Assn and the Attorney General so far. More to come.
