Super nice officer. The officer in the Mountain View office was very rude to me and didn't help me anyway, so I came to this office asking for help. The officer solved my problem quickly. Really appreciated! U0001f606

The guard is so nice! And honestly all the procedures are quite fast, could be a little faster but that's totally ok

Because of a lot of calls at the Redwood City branch my call was forwarded to San Mateo - I waited on hold for almost an hour (which I understand given the call volume). Paul took my call and rather than let me explain the situation I had he kept interrupting me (saying he had 7 other calls waiting), would not answer my questions as it related to my autistic son - and then hung up on me! Not good, especially as a parent of someone with a disability you are trying to advocate for them with no support from certain people. I just wish we could all show up in our jobs and at least try to do the right thing by others.

Very efficient. Arrived 9:10. 15 people ahead of me. Was called at 10:10. Finished my business in 5 minutes!!

I went in to the RWC office to sign up for Medicare -- I could not sign manage to up online because someone had tried to steal my identity, and the SSA (thankfully) put a freeze on things! I expected the worst, because I did not have an appointment, and there were 20 people ahead of me. Instead, I was only there for about an hour (roughly half of which was spent waiting). Someone there named Ricardo helped me, and he was both extremely knowledgeable and courteous. How refreshing! The national phoneline help for SSA, which I'd first sought, had been a complete disaster (I talked to someone working in Alabama who did not know what she was talking about). But going down in person worked beautifully, and I was grateful to the staff there. The security officer was also pleasant, if you can imagine that! The folks working in the RWC office can be justifiably proud of the job they do, in my opinion.
