I've used Stackpole & French for over a dozen business transactions and there is good reason why I continue to work with them. Their professionalism, personal care and communication are top notch. You get what you pay for in this field, and Stackpole & French have always exceeded this in my eyes.
Just not very good. Contract took far too long to be drawn up and cost 3x what most other lawyers would have charged. I like Ed, but some of the attorneys under him were very inefficient. Also, the office has a fairly high rate of turnover, never a good sign. Unfortunately, not recommended.
