Regrettably, I cannot endorse this law firm based on my recent interactions. While the paralegal Meghan Roessel maintained communication, the attorney remained unresponsive. This started in mid-June 2024, when I spoke to the paralegal over the phone, and submitted pertinent documentation to ascertain the viability of my case, yet the attorney failed to acknowledge receipt. I never signed on as a client because the attorney never responded to my review request. I never spoke to an attorney and was never told it would take an unreasonable amount of time to review my request even after several of my emails to the paralegal over the initial 2 weeks. Despite a follow-up email to the paralegal Meghan Roessel on July 1, 2024, requesting an update, over two weeks have elapsed since my follow-up inquiry without any response. Consequently, I have engaged the services of an alternative attorney from another law firm who demonstrates timely responsiveness. The sole reason for my two-star rating is the paralegal's efforts; the attorney's lack of communication warrants a zero-star rating. Response to the Business: Communication is key and a common courtesy. If your office was too busy to take on any additional clients, then the paralegal could have relayed that to me in the first place instead of a no response from the attorney.

All around the legal process was a positive experience. Sami helped me get justice and a favorable settlement. He was very patient in answering all of my questions regarding the case.
