Stange Law....... RUN This review is about my experience with Tina Cox: Partner at Stange Law….. Don’t Walk away run away…….RUN fast and far away from this place!. They are Shifty Shifty Shifty. I assume most of these Good reviews about Stange Law were written before the case was finished, and I will explain how they do it. I hired Tina as my lawyer after our initial interview because she sounded competent, very sharp, and seemed like a great person to have your back. As the case went on, I was noticing she was slower to respond to the questions and concerns I was having through email, never picked up the phone or called me back. Tina would tell me she would file documents with the court and never did. When I would ask her (through email) if she filed those papers with the courts so I could get documents I needed in negotiations, I never got an answer and she never filed those papers. 6 months later and I still do not have the documents to prepare for trial (now I see why she is talking me out of going to trial). She would sit on discovery documents for weeks without giving them to you, even after I asked her for them. after conversations you would have even more questions. RED FLAG: We went to mediation for assets, witch went ok, I feel I could have gotten more if Tina would have done her job correctly. A couple days later she asked me to write some good Reviews online about her and the firm. I was so happy, I said no problem (I had no intension on writing great reviews before the case was over). Do you write a review about a restaurant before sitting down and eating, No! This got me really thinking ……. A month goes by, and the asset contract isn’t signed, the spouse keeps adding things. Tina never offered suggestions on what to take out and leave in the contract. So, I started doing some research and found out things you should never have in an asset contract if you are not the breadwinner. With Tina thinking I wrote a good review, her attitude towards my case did a complete 180 without warning. she started getting more brash with me on my concerns over the case and custody of my child. Then she started talking me out of going to trial. She seemed very unprepared getting closer to trial. This made me extremely nervous and anxious. She would be really vague during our conversations going into trial, making it very hard to make a confident decision and left all the reasonability on me. She is always getting you to sign papers at the last minute of the deadline, putting massive pressure on you with her vague explanations. She would never explain repercussions of those decisions, which made me feel like I was making the biggest mistake of my life and getting taken advantage of. It Feels like she got all of my money and is about to leave me high and dry…..I started looking for a new lawyer before things got irreversible. My ex’s Lawyer told my ex this about Stange Law at the beginning of our divorce, and I never believed her….Now I have to apologize, because she did try to warn me. Stange Law: they will drag the case on, milk you for all of your money and leave you high and dry. Here we are! Almost broke and losing. The opposing lawyer just steam rolls Tina in court, she doesn't give tina documents requested and Tina doesn't do anything about it. But Tina sure talks a great game. I never felt like Tina fought for me. after firing Tina Cox and getting a new lawyer. I found out there were some things Tina did that were irreversible. I came out way better getting rid of Tina the I would have if I would've kept her as my lawyer. Tina Cox is PARTNER, so I assume she is in charge of training and managing the other lawyers to be just like this.....This is terrifying! You are paying and you are the customer, do not EVER write a review until the service is complete. I am in the process of filling a complaint against Tina Cox for the mishandling of my case with the state of Kansas

I was in need of a Kansas attorney for an emergent and complex matter regarding custody of my children. After googling attorneys, I gave Stange a call, and I scheduled a next-day consult. I was placed with Isaac Graham. I was originally supposed to meet with a partner of the firm, but Isaac was available to work my case ASAP, which was essential. Upon meeting with him, although he was a younger and newer attorney, I was confident in Isaac, as he was extremely quick to understand the complexity of my case, he passionately was involved, and he emphatically listened. He got after it and worked tirelessly on my case, and after a few weeks, we were able to obtain a successful result amid difficult circumstances. I’m truly grateful for the efforts of Mr. Graham, as he was an integral part of me getting my children back. In addition, although Stange bills line by line for services via invoice, he was more than reasonable and fair throughout the entirety of the case.

I was involved in a difficult divorce and have never been involved in the legal system to the extent this divorce took me through. Attorney Tina Cox was a God send to me and provided me with continual support and assistance. Attorney Tina Cox kept me informed throughout the divorce process and was always there to answer any questions that I had. Attorney Tina Cox is very knowledgeable about legal matters and explained the legal process in terminology that I could understand. Attorney Tina Cox makes you feel like a priority even though she has other cases. At no time did I ever feel that Attorney Tina Cox was not available to me or working in my best interest. Hopefully, I will never have to go through another divorce, but if I did I would definitely use Attorney Tina Cox. I would highly recommend Attorney Tina Cox to my family and friends. I would like to thank Attorney Tina Cox for going above and beyond in providing me with the BEST legal representation.

If I could rate the firm a zero, I would. Firm is not transparent, couldn't provide detailed feedback on child support calculations. Later found out that there is a Child Support Guideline that should have been provided that accessible online. Was notified I was late to submit my financial documents but never was previously requested to. Cancelled an important meeting without notifying me. Client customer service was all over the place. All they cared about was billing and not resolving my divorce. Just another typical law firm.
