Crook! We had agreed to have him represent me, signed an agreement and I agreed to pay his $325 an hour that he charges. Well we were waiting on a second opinion from a doctor with a claim I had, and as we were waiting his sent me another "agreement" that I would agree to pay him $325 an hour and that as long as the doc agreed with my claim it would only pay him for the time it took for him to write the letter which seemed fair. And he included that if he had to do more work I would pay his hourly rate. AGAIN I agreed BUT at the bottom of the agreement I asked politely that IF he had to do anymore work please let me know ahead of time so I know exactly where my $325 an hour was going and what work would be done so I didn't randomly get a $10,000 bill from him claimed he did all this work I didn't know he was doing. (Protecting myself just in case) well he sends the agreement back and wrote VOID and said he shouldn't have to tell me or have to consult me before he does his job... Why would you pay someone who work they allegedly did or you knew nothing about? Even more so at $325 an hour... So he said he wouldn't represent me anymore because he didn't feel the need to tell me what he was doing for MY case...and MY MONEY....(he also wants paid up front)..

He won my case and work hard for me. He was very helpful! I would go to him again if I needed him and I would recommend him to anybody needing him if they had a real serious condition.

I called to try to get him to assist my mother in getting her disability and when I told him she suffered from Fibromyalgia he said he didn't care and that is wasn't a true disease.
