Mr. Lacks is a fine attorney and good man. He helped me with my driver's license in early 2005 and with my bankruptcy in early 2018. I remember him saying that he was thinking about retiring but he said that he had more to do. My condolences to his friends and family on his untimely passing. He will be missed.

Filed chapter 7 bankruptcy with lacks and associates after it was all said and done I was out 10,500 dollars and the firm failed to reaffirm my mortgage loan on property I reside in and it is now to late to file a reaffirment aggreement leaving a derogatory mark on my credit file for the life of the loan which will be another 20 years ....that's what happens when the attorney gets too cocky and doesn't do a thorough job...would not recommend this law firm to my worst enemy
