Grant Yochim is the most responsive attorney I have ever worked with. I have used and highly recommend his services for business formation, both residential and corporate real estate and other corporate business transactions, and estate planning.

Over the years, I have used Attorney Yochim for two real estate closings: once as a buyer, and once as a buyer and a seller. In each of these dealings, I was impressed with Attorney Yochim’s responsiveness and with the responsiveness of his staff. They answered all my questions and ensured every transaction went smoothly and on time. I’m glad I chose this law firm instead of the giant, less personal law firms recommended by my various real estate agents.

If we could give a rating of no stars, we would. Dealing with Steadman Law Office was the worst experience with an attorney's office we have ever had, and we have worked with several over the years. Their handling of a recent real estate closing turned into a nightmare of delays and increased fees. Their office staff had weeks to research and arrange closing documents, yet kept the buyers waiting for nearly three weeks after the original closing date. The buyers had already sold their house and had nowhere to live because of the delays. We never heard from an attorney until a day or two before the closing was finally done. We strongly urge you to find another attorney.

Terrible! Doesn’t know estate law!! Takes forever to answer emails and return calls. Doesn’t understand estate law and was called out on the stand for messing up the accounting on an estate ! Seriously, the worst lawyer! He also billed the estate without a breakdown of his charges!! Consumer be warned!! Wish I could give 0 stars!!

Grant Yochim, was hired solely by Dorothea Leftwich, the Executor of Byron E. Leftwich Estate and is highly recommended. His communication has been thorough and he is immediate to respond. Extremely professional and serves the client to maintain confidentiality. The staff of Steadman Law Firm have also been extremely helpful during the difficult time of grief, as well as conducting business immediately throughout the Covid obstacles. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
