If I could rate this Firm 0 I definitely would . I recently went to them in in reference to child custody modification Issue & let me tell you this , this firm ONLY cares about MONEY , I have given this firm give or take about 18K from June 2023 November 2023 , that kind of money isn’t easy to get your hands on , especially as a single mother with your own bills to cover. let me start off with saying THEY LITERALLY charge for everything emails ,every page the touch with your case on it .Everyday it was a new charge . The last time a made a payment was the ending of November 2023 & it was a payment of $5k , they turn around in the middle of December 2023 and ask for an additional 10k , my problem wasn’t making payments it was ridiculous large amounts they were asking for and they were asking for these amounts back to back , I had ask for some type of payment plan or just some type of payment plan that I was able to pay , they told me NO , after spending thousands of dollars they said no , it’s not like I wasn’t trying , I was literally financially out of options and resources and I just wanted them to help me , a payment plan something . Long story short January came and they said if they didn’t have 10k within 2 weeks they were going to withdraw from my case , and that’s exactly what they did , unfortunately I had to represent myself and didn’t receive the outcome I hoped for . And the worst part they are continuing to charge me for a case they withdrew from months ago . This firm doesn’t care about you or your case , all they care about is Money . Definitely won’t ever recommend them.

Judy Sartain represented me in my divorce and again several years later when my ex took me back for modification of child custody. Child custody is the most stressful and financially draining experience for any parent. Ms. Sartain helped me through these difficult moments with quick response times and an impeccable execution during my mediation where I was able to resolve everything without the need for a trial thanks to her empathetic support. I would recommend her and her daughter to anyone needing a divorce or family law attorney.

I found this firm during a Google search. Once I called, I was immediately placed with an attorney and was scheduled for a same day consultation. Ms. Bergstrom called me right on schedule. Her tone was “straight to the point” when she asked how she might help. It was almost “military” or “northern” as it was stripped from the “southern hospitality” that I’d grown accustomed to living in Georgia. Marlys was a welcomed surprise with a familiarity that immediately calmed me perhaps because of my New York upbringing or my having served on active duty in the Marines for 25 years. I knew that I liked her immediately. As we chatted about my interest in a prenup, Marlys explained exactly what a prenup is and is not. She even offered to add in things on my behalf if that’s what I wanted. On top of that, she shared that we are the same age. By the time the call ended, I was calling her “My Girl” because she felt like an old friend catching up during a morning coffee with lots of chocolate cake. :) Marlys’ “no-nonsense”, yet kind attitude is just what I needed. And although I chose not to move forward at this time, should I change my mind, I want to work with Marlys. Marlys went above and beyond for me and I truly feel that if I needed a prenup, she’d have my best interest in mind. I’d like to also add that the telephone receptionist, Ms. Lewis was very kind and professional as well. She scheduled the appointment without appearing “pushy” in any way. After scheduling, she learned that Ms. Bergstrom was running late with a previous client, so she immediately called me back to reschedule at a time that was convenient for me. When I asked for the physical address closest to me, she informed me everything could be done online and via phone call, but she gave me the address anyway. During my brief conversation with her I mentioned military retirement. She informed me that the firm offers a military discount. (I hadn’t even considered this and it was nice to learn that the military is welcomed and appreciated.) Ms Lewis’ customer service and prompt attention to detail was such a nice way to begin what I considered an uncomfortable conversation. As the first representative of the firm, she did an excellent job making me feel welcomed. I can’t say enough about this great experience.

BEWARE!!!!! This company is full of deception. I hired this company to handle a family case and paid them thousands of dollars and they are still charging me! First thing they want is a retainer which I paid and explained to them that was all that I could afford from the beginning. After this I was assigned an attorney to handle my case, however, not long after, the that attorney left without notice. It wasn't until I called them 2 weeks after noticing that nothing was being done for my case that I was informed of what had happened. This was very concerning because I had been charged for work without an attorney. How is this possible? Then they stated that my case was to be reassigned to another attorney and they charged for everything, even an emails. They will use your money so fast and they do not stop charging you even if they use up your retainer. I fired them after my retainer was used up and they are still charging me and adding interest every month since I fired them after they used up my retainer. This company is awful. I hired them back in 2021 and yes they are still billing me and harassing me in emails with interest. I even sent a cease and desist, however, they keep sending emails.I do not owe them anything but they will try to rob you.
