My husband and I met with David from this firm last October, after we were hit from behind with our 4 month old in the car, and I’m so glad we got someone as knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly as David. As new parents, he informed us how important it was to purchase a new car seat after our accident, and god forbid any one in the future, no matter how minor it is. I knew after that first session, that we were in good hands. As the months went by he kept in contact via text and/or phone call, and we remained on the same page throughout the entire process, because of his excellent communication. All in all, I will recommend, not only this firm, but David specifically, as he provided superior customer service and professionalism.
