I called to schedule a consult and the receptionist I spoke to was incredibly patient, understanding, and even called back when she said she would. I didn't end up pursuing the matter but the conversation we had helped a great deal to help me feel peace in that decision. Impressed with their integrity. Thank you again. It was my first time using his services. Everyone was friendly and thorough. Since I am overseas most of the year, good communications was very important. My taxes were done seamlessly.

Mr. Howard was courteous enough to give me call during the busy tax season and briefly discuss a complex tax estate issue with me on the phone. He is professional and very knowledgeable in Fed and PA tax issues. I highly recommend him.

The receptionist doesn't comprehend things, then Steve calls just as highstrung as the receptionist. I literally had to tell him to calm down. He tells me he doesn't give advice over the esp if you arent his client. Well how can someone become a client when you are treated harshly then totally blown off just for making an initial contact with their office. Im thankful my reason for contacting this office wasnt actually urgent. Smh

Originally, I didn't post a text review, but I'll explain the story now since Stephen responded to my review. I definitely met with this attorney with my partner to get a prenupt in place. Also, he never charged me a fee (since I pay for a legal service through my work which he is covered under) so I wouldn't be paying either way. There was a lot of back and forth between this lawyer and my partner's lawyer for a simple prenupt. The receptionist was also rude and it was hard to get in touch with the lawyer so I didn't have the greatest experience here. I mean - just looking at Stephen's response you get a sense of the customer service here.
